Francis-Hughes Avenue Project

Laval, Quebec

This imposing steel structure, erected from the ground up on Francis-Hughes Avenue in Laval, Quebec occupies 115,000 square feet of space on dimensions of 26’ in height and 800’ of length. The construction is concrete blocks and pre-fabricated aluminum panels and metal lining covered with an acrylic finish that gives the exterior a gleaming aspect.

The entire project was managed by Clodeco, who supervised the work in close consultation with the investor-owners from the very first stages to the delivery of the finished project complete with the parking lots and landscaping.
